Medgate is delighted to present its latest release of Occupational Health and Safety Software:
VERSION 6.0!

This new version, which was developed in consultation with our clients, boasts many enhancements to all modules, with increased flexibility and configuration options across the board. Below is a brief summary.
General Enhancements

- Enforced password policy
- Country-specific labeling: different labels can be set based on country (ie: zip/ postal code)
- Measurement conversions: for users in different countries (temperature, weight, etc.)
- MAEN (Medgate Automatic E-mail Notification) from front end
Medical Enhancements

- Audit view from front end
- Declined immunizations can now be tracked and reported out on
- Automated OSHA logic cases are automatically entered in OSHA log based on your pre-defined criteria to   reduce margin of error
- Enhanced otoscopic exam features
- Referral form: new referral feature to manage outside provider and facility referrals (with automatic form   generation)
Safety Enhancements

- Automated OSHA logic (see above)
- Enhanced incident self-reporting including options for employees to report own near-misses and other   general incidents
- Facility Audit Enhancements: auto-creation of finding and corrective actions based on questionnaire    response allows companies to determine scores for audits
- DART rate report
Case Management Enhancements

- Option to calculate STD & state FMLA,
- History added to case management fields
- Letters can be sent directly to others involved in the case
Industrial Hygiene Enhancements


- Updated survey function: Integration of noise samples into survey parameters
- Automatic Status notification: via Medgate-specific automated e-mail notification
- Secure access for labs: to enter results that can be integrated with your data
- MSDS/Chemical Inventory
