Training
This module permits the user-definition of education sessions including the session types, course subject matter, date, specific occupational need, department requesting the session, and the number of attendees. It also permits the recording of employee attendance at each session. For organizations wishing to recover the costs of providing education programs, there is a detailed screen permitting the entry of preparation hours, travel/ accommodations, presentation times, number of classes presented per day, and hand-out materials, etc. Education courses can also be entered in a batch entry format for ease of entry, especially for employees taking off-site courses.
Training Recalls:
This module is tied into the Scheduling module for automatic recall of employees based on certification requirements and/or medical surveillance programs. Extensive reports are available to indicate who is due or overdue for sessions as well as whether they have been scheduled for courses.
