MAENS – Medgate’s Automatic E-mail Notification System
This robust features works behind the scenes sending out reminders and notifications based on user-defined settings for activities. Different settings can be defines for activities that are coming due and those that are overdue. E-mails can be set-up to go to an employee or supervisor (or both). Once set up, these reminders will continue to be distributed until the activity has been completed.

- Automatically run IH reports and distribute
Business Rules:
Medgate’s Business Rules feature allows all manual business processes to be automated. Users-can define an unlimited number of business rules in the system. Rules can be set up based on any type of field entry or condition in the database. Users can them define the type of action that can occur based on the condition being met i.e.
- Message: this is user-defined text that “pops-up” when the condition is met. This can be a statement or instructions.
- E-mail: A user-defined message can be sent automatically via e-mail to the employee, supervisor, manager (or any defined e-mail) when the condition is met
- Enforce: forces another field etc. to be completed if the condition is met
- Change Value: this allows the changing of the value in a field to a new value based on conditions being met.
Configurable Layout:
Allows you to configure screens to look exactly the way YOU want them to look. Rename field, hide fields, move fields around. Pick the fields you want to have available in Any Medgate module. Even change the layout depending on the user’s needs. It is all in your control.
Configurable Dashboard:
Configure the dashboard to show the data you want to see. Each user can create their own view and set the Dashboards that automatically display when they log in.
