Medical Chart / Inbox
Medical Chart:
This is the equivalent of a complete paper chart for an employee. It consolidates all the information/results from the various Medgate medical modules into one comprehensive view where a practitioner can see all activities completed and planned for an employee. Views include all clinic visits, surveillance activities and related status, all diagnoses, medication and allergies, travel clearance, absences, restrictions and all medical notes. There is also an indicators section where users can easily track and plot critical information such as blood pressure, weight, cholesterol etc. Indicators can be set for the whole employee population or specific to each individual employee.
Practitioner Inbox:
The medical chart module also has a practitioner inbox component. This is a one-stop place for a practitioner to view any activities requiring their follow-up. This includes all employees with clinic appointments, the daily schedule of appointments, documents as well as any medical testing that requires their verification/approval. There is even an e-mail function that allows a practitioner to pull in their e-mail directly into the application to easily be able to link e-mails to patient files.
