Incident Self-Reporting
This module is designed for any supervisor or employee within your company to be able to enter the initial details of an incident directly from their computer. Once completed, an e-mails gets sent out to a user-defined employee or employees notifying them of the incident and the form moves into a holding area where it is ready for a safety professional to continue the investigation through the Medgate Incident reporting and Investigation module.
